1. The Development History of JeaSnn: Growing Through Manufacturing Excellence

JeaSnn's development has been driven by a simple principle: continuously improve manufacturing capabilities while maintaining reliable product quality. Each stage of our growth has strengthened our ability to serve customers with increasingly diverse and demanding precision machining requirements.

2008: Starting with Three Automatic Lathes

JeaSnn's manufacturing journey began in 2008 with just three automatic lathes.

At this early stage, our primary focus was precision hardware component manufacturing. Working directly on the production floor, our team gradually developed practical knowledge of machining processes, equipment operation, dimensional control, and production management.

These early years established the foundation of our manufacturing philosophy: quality starts with attention to every production detail.

Although our equipment capacity was limited, this period allowed us to build essential machining experience and understand the importance of consistency in producing small metal components.

2012: Official Establishment of JeaSnn and Expansion of Machining Capabilities

In 2012, JeaSnn was officially established, marking an important step in the company's development.

To meet growing customer requirements, we introduced additional manufacturing equipment, including CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, and Swiss-type automatic lathes. These investments expanded our ability to manufacture more complex and precise custom metal parts.

During the same year, we established an international trade department to develop overseas markets and communicate directly with customers around the world.

This was an important transition from a primarily production-focused workshop to a manufacturing company serving both domestic and international customers.

With expanded equipment capabilities and a growing understanding of customer requirements, JeaSnn began building a stronger foundation for custom CNC machining services and international OEM manufacturing cooperation.

2015: Factory Relocation and Expansion of Manufacturing Processes

In 2015, JeaSnn relocated from Zhongxing Road to Wenming Road in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan.

As the business continued to grow, our workforce expanded to more than 30 employees. We also introduced cold heading equipment to complement our existing machining capabilities.

This investment broadened our manufacturing processes and improved our ability to support different types of precision hardware products.

By combining machining and additional metal forming capabilities, we strengthened our manufacturing flexibility for custom fasteners and other metal components.

The expansion also helped us improve production coordination and provide customers with more comprehensive manufacturing support.

2016 Onward: Building Industry Experience and Customer Partnerships

From 2016 onward, JeaSnn continued expanding its customer relationships and accumulating experience in demanding manufacturing projects.

Over time, we established product or business cooperation with well-known companies, including Siemens, Haas, and Ericsson.
